⦁ 4 tablespoons gram flour (also called chickpea flour)    Gram flour - Chickpea-flour
Gram flour – Chickpea-flour
⦁ Milk or water

How To Use:

1. Mix the turmeric powder with the gram flour.
2. Add enough milk or water to the mixture to form a paste.
3. Apply on your face and neck. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Rinse with plain water.
Do This twice a week.
