Job Title: Internal Control Officer: Neptune Microfinance Bank
Job Details:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Daily review and auditing of the bank transactions
- Carry out strategic and impromptu checks on customers to verify documented information reported by deposit mobilizers.
- Carry out detailed investigations when discrepancy, cash suppression or fraud is noticed.
- Internal control checks and records to safeguard company assets.
- Make recommendations regarding facilities, equipment, personnel, procedures and systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with the bank’s policy, procedure and regulations.
- Identify areas of financial and administrative strengths and weaknesses and develop best practices.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports
Qualifications and Experience
- BA/BSc/HND
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Finance / Accounting / Audit
- Ability to supervise and coordinate field research teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
