Anthony Joshua says he still thinks about his loss against Oleksandr Usyk when he wakes up.

As the dethroned heavyweight looks forward to their rematch, Anthony Joshua has stated that he is still not over his loss to Oleksandr Usyk because it is the first thing on his thoughts when he wakes up in the morning.

On a dismal night in North London in September, Joshua, 31, was overpowered by the wily southpaw, with the Briton having no answer for Usyk’s exceptional footwork and technical skills.

Despite several fans and analysts telling him he had little chance of turning things around, the former WBO, WBA, IBF, and IBO champion chose to fight the newly proclaimed king right away.

As he prepares a return to the top of the division, AJ acknowledged his devastating setback is at the forefront of his thoughts.
