Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku will break his alarming goal drought, according to Thomas Tuchel, because he is so selfless.
Tuchel’s side climbed to the top of the Premier League after a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Brentford in west London on Saturday.
However, Belgium striker Lukaku was unable to score, extending his goalless streak at the club to six games.
That’s a worrying statistic as his impressive start to his second stint at Chelsea continues to fade.
Lukaku, who was signed for a club record £98 million ($134 million) from Inter Milan, appeared unstoppable in his first four games for the Champions League winners.
However, the aims have dwindled since then.
