Patoranking Opens Up On Intent To Work With Rihanna Bruno Mars
Patoranking, a Nigerian reggae-dancehall artist, has expressed his desire to work with international music stars Rihanna, Bruno Mars, and The Weeknd.
During an Instagram live interview with World Remit, the father of one revealed the details.
“I’d love to make a record with Bruno Mars and be in the studio with him; I’d like to tap into his talent. “I’d love to be in the studio with Rihana and, last but not least, I’d love to make a song with The Weekend,” said the ‘Abule’ singer.
Patoranking expressed his desire to bring the African continent together through music when asked what he wants to do with his music in the future. “I would love to use music to bring the continent together; I have done so in the past, and I will continue to do so in the future. What I wanted to do was use music to get everyone together.”
Patoranking was one of the artists who were enlisted by the United Nations Children Emergency Fund (UNICEF) to re-record Bob Marley’s “One Love” song to help children whose lives were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in July 2020.
