  • Dj Flex Naija A.K.A Eze Francis: 

Dj Flex Naija whose real name is Eze Francis was reportedly been poisoned to death. Renowned as the Hypeman and DJ behind the popular “Dorime” club song currently trending across the country and also for being the voice behind the popular ‘one for the DJ, one for the hypeman’ trend. Dj Flex Naija a.k.a Eze Francis was born on 2nd April 1990 in Enugu State. He was said to be the only child of his mother. Dj Flex Naija a.k.a Eze Francis was poisoned on Saturday, July 3, at the club. He was said to have been rushed to the hospital but didn’t survive.

  • Sound Sultan A.K.A Olanrewaju Fasasi:

Sound Sultan, Olanrewaju Fasasi, is an award-winning Nigerian singer and songwriter born on 27 November 1976. He started his career as a rapper but soon delved into Afrobeat, R&B and Nigerian fuji music.

He had released numerous albums under Naija Ninjas and had signed talented artists including Karma Da Rapper, Young GreyC, Shawn and Blacka.

On May 12, 2021, It was reported that Sound Sultan was somewhere in America where he was receiving treatment in form of chemotherapy as the musician was reportedly diagnosed with throat cancer (Angioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma).   • John Lee A.K.A Mbakwe:

The Nollywood actor died of an aliment shortly after recovering from a stroke. He is listed as one of the notable Nigerian actors who died in 2021.

According to his colleague, Emeka Okoye, the deceased died due to the ailment he suffered from shortly after recovering from a stroke.
