Two Nigerians have been detained in Malawi on suspicion of cocaine possession.

Two Nigerians were apprehended in Lilongwe, Malawi, after being caught with 11 grams of  cocaine.
Chinesi Omuka, 35, and Ejike Enebenchu, 29, have been identified as the two suspects.
The couple were apprehended at their residence in Area 49 following tip-off, according to Central West Police Region spokesperson Alfred Chinthere, who made the announcement on Friday, October 22.

During the raid, 11 grams of cocaine were discovered on them.
Omuka and Ebenenchu are due in court shortly to answer charge of being caught in possession of illegal narcotics.
